For the first time, i had a horrible experience with the service department. I had a lifetime warranty with my tint from the same dealership. They changed the tint on my back window and ruined my rear defog service department. I had a lifetime warranty with my tint from the same dealership. They changed the tint on my back window and ruined my rear defogger. I was told they were not going to fix it. Also had gone in for my radio continuously freezing, i was told it was an update and was charged for it. My radio is freezing now more than ever. I was not helped and had gone up the chain to the manager who said they were not going to help. And then never got a call back from the owner. I am completely disappointed. I had even considered purchasing a new car from this dealership and i don’t feel comfortable with this anymore. More
