Since you owned your Accord during your lease, it is considered pre-owned when you buy it out. The coverage you purchased was for dings on your vehicle, paint protection, and tire road hazard. Thank you Neil for your business. Last Friday, when you first came in, we ordered a part to fix a door panel on your vehicle. On Tuesday, you showed up without an appointment. We informed you that the repair would take an hour and a half. Upon learning this, you became hostile toward our employees and offended other customers by using foul language. We do not tolerate this kind of behavior at our dealership. For this reason, we believe that your vehicle needs would be better met elsewhere in the future.
