Hi, I'm just confused as to why I bring my car to Honda for having no oil when not to long before that I had gotten an oil change, they check they "fix" the issue and then I go about like and then notice I for having no oil when not to long before that I had gotten an oil change, they check they "fix" the issue and then I go about like and then notice I am still having an oil leak and have to go back and the find another thing that can be "fixed," I get that done as well and hundreds of dollars later still have oil leaking. I just don't understand why I have to keep going back and forth to Honda to fix the same issue, I thought bring my Honda to Honda would be best because it's their car so they should know how to fix issues with it but it doesn't seem that way, they just charge you and charge you until the issue is gone. I tried reaching out to my assigned person and got no response twice. It's just ridiculous the time and money someone spends for their car not to be fix by a Honda certified dealer! Thanks More
I always choose this location for any service my car needs, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. This is for the Winter Park location at 711 W Fairbanks Ave. Ron Shillings and Andres Maldonado are always a pleasure to work with, they communicate clearly, treat me with respect, and make my vehicle a top priority. This time, I had an issue with my compressor, and Ron guided me through the entire process, making sure I got exactly what I needed without ever trying to upsell or overcharge. I really appreciated his honesty and transparency. My technician, Josh Kellman, was also excellent. The service was timely, well done, and everything was clearly explained so I understood exactly what was being done to my car. I truly couldn’t recommend this team enough. That being, "I got quoted $160 over the phone, and when I showed up, they quoted me around $360. The managers told me that while I clearly told them what I needed done, they were not going to honor what they told me over the phone (they pulled the phone call log). I went to one of their locations and the service person was incredibly rude and they accidentally locked my car key in my car and made me wait an hour. Joshua has ignored my emails as well. I have wasted hours of my time due to their incompetence." I went to another Honda that was not a Holler Honda, and they charged me $194 for a new key. I think it is bad for business to misquote and charge $166 more than your other Honda dealerships for the same job. More
On January 27, 2026 we had our Honda CRV served by the very able Ha Nguyen who went above & beyond our expectations at Holler Honda on North Semoran Blvd, Orlando. We had the oil changed & spark plugs & very able Ha Nguyen who went above & beyond our expectations at Holler Honda on North Semoran Blvd, Orlando. I recently took my 2021 CRV, with ~20K miles, to Holler Honda for AC not blowing cold air. I searched the Internet in trying to understand what the issue was and I heard some mind blowing stories of Honda Honda for AC not blowing cold air. I searched the Internet in trying to understand what the issue was and I heard some mind blowing stories of Honda car owners who qualified for the Honda extended AC warrantee getting charged scary amounts and feeling taken advantage of. Holler Honda was professional, on time and did not charge me a dime as I expected. I waited for the repair and about 3 hours later the CRV was blowing cold air again and has been since. These guys, at least in this instance, showed honesty and professionalism. I have to admit that I was disappointed about the AC issue and it so happens that I'm contemplating getting a new vehicle (Mazda or Honda) by the end of this year and I was doubting another Honda.., but the way these guys handled this situation might have won me over.
