Told color no match so additional $400-$500 if I wanted to paint (um no thank you). Picked up car and within 1 mile a bunch of lights back on Went back told $900 to do 3hr diagnostic, no discount for the fact that they didn't fully diagnose the first time, they obviously didn't even drive the car to see if lights would come on or not. Asked if they could put old mirror back on and get a refund, but the answer is no. So $1,300 for mirror that doesn't match my car and does less than it did before (I now have to manually adjust them) and an electric problem that would cost unknown thousands (due to the nature of the work and extreme inflated prices) Also rude associate Anthony. I was treated with utmost disrespect. I have bought three cars from the dealership. I went there for my complementary oil change I decided I want to get some windshield wipers. Jesse serv I have bought three cars from the dealership. I went there for my complementary oil change I decided I want to get some windshield wipers. Jesse service tech heard me so we can put those on for you and I showed him which ones I wanted. After my car was done I was not expecting a $30 charge for the installation of the windshield wipers and I know that I would’ve said no I will put them on myself. I have tried repeatedly to talk to a service manager to get this rectified and nobody has talked to me. This is unbelievable. More
Good experience with the dealership team at Holler — everyone was professional, and they did their best to help. Unfortunately, the vehicle itself was a disappointment. My first new Ioniq 5 had a paint everyone was professional, and they did their best to help. Unfortunately, the vehicle itself was a disappointment. My first new Ioniq 5 had a paint defect on the tailgate (spider web etching). To their credit, Holler replaced it without issue. However, the second car also had a flaw under the clearcoat on the hood near the Hyundai badge. The dealer was not willing to swap a second time and referred me to service, who offered to repaint the hood. I'm hesitant to go that route on a brand-new car. This isn't a reflection of the dealership’s service — it’s about Hyundai’s lack of quality control. Two cars, two paint defects. Not what you expect when buying new. Hyundai needs to do better. More
