Our group's motto, "Never forget your customer - Never let your customer forget you!" comes straight from the mind and heart of the William E. "Bill" Holler, the first Mr. Holler to go into the automotive industry. Long before motivational speakers became fashionable, Bill Holler was an institution! Automotive News described him as a spellbinder, a table-pounder, an evangelist. But he didn't sell cars on personality alone. By understanding customer wants and needs, Bill was able to develop innovative programs to inspire dealers to establish new sales records.
Roger III, Chris and Jill Holler Rogers, Vice-Presidents of our automotive group are the great-grandchildren of the fabled Bill Holler. He founded the General Motors Dealers' Son School established to prepare dealers' offspring to inherit the family franchise and his son, grandson and great-grandchildren were all graduates. From 1929 when General Motors Chairman, C.S. Mott, hired Bill to be Vice President of GM and General Sales Manager of Chevrolet until his retirement in 1945, Bill Holler earned a distinguished reputation as a tireless listener to the dealer, implementing trend-setting innovations and establishing programs to teach the fundamentals of auto sales and quality service still in use today. A believer that a good sales person is critical to our economy, Bill elevated the standards of our profession. In sales literature and speeches he often pointed out that the commander who leads the troops in battle...the volunteer who raises funds for charity...the homeowner who gets the neighborhood involved in a community project...is doing a sales job.

Satisfaction Brought Me Back Bought a Genesis from Holler Hyundai in November 2015. They did such a good job then, and on the maintenance on our Genesis since then, that it was a Bought a Genesis from Holler Hyundai in November 2015. They did such a good job then, and on the maintenance on our Genesis since then, that it was a "no-brainer" when I needed to trade in my current car for a new Sonata. Sold on Hyundai. Sold on Holler. Phenomenal Service! I went to a different Hyundai dealership the day before I went to Holler Hyundai. This was the first car I was trying to work on getting on my own an I went to a different Hyundai dealership the day before I went to Holler Hyundai. This was the first car I was trying to work on getting on my own and I was planning to wait another year but my current car didn't make it so I was left needing a car with no down payment and my credit score not being as pretty as I would have liked. The "other dealership" honestly made me feel bad that I was in such an unexpected predicament. Their online price was not the true price of the car. Once I arrived they let me know the online price included many discounts and that I didn't qualify for any. I felt pressured to go with a used car when I really wanted a new and I ended up leaving without making a decision feeling really overwhelmed and defeated. My fiancee suggested I go to Holler Hyundai from what he saw online--because of my experience the day before with pricing/discounts I didn't have much hope but I contacted someone anyways and once I was made aware the online price was the true price no gimmicks I was instantly put at ease. When my family and I arrived at the dealership we were treated so kindly and helped so efficiently! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about both Pierre and James who assisted us through the process. I'm absolutely in love with my Tucson and I have already recommended Holler Hyundai repeatedly for their amazing service! So very grateful to them! More

Between Jose's professional service and Finance Manager Josh Payne's (really great guy!) awesome work with financing, we actually returned the next day to get a car for my husband! Jose and Finance Manager Toni were fantastic assisting us the second day as well! Great service all the way through! And they even detailed my car the following week because some things were missed (it was one of those 10:30 pm car deals that went down, hehe....understandable). This place has great service and I won't go anywhere else for my Hyundai needs! Give Jose a raise! :) He's great! More
