Second, the lease terms online were exactly the same when I arrived to look at the cars - no bait & switch. Third, they had significantly more Genesis vehicles to choose from than other dealers, and the cars online were actually on the lot. Last, the customer service experience was exceptional. Michael was my sales rep, and he was extremely knowledgeable of the Genesis and took the time to show me how to operate everything. The leasing rep was very helpful and walked me through the process leaving no questions. I traveled 90 miles to lease from Holler Hyundai, and it was absolutely worth the trip. They always treat me very wel This is my 3rd car from Holler Hyundai and I'd purchased a used car from one of their other dealerships many years ago. They always treat me very well, and I am happy with my car, although it wasn't the car I test drove. Somehow they sold that car even though I told them I definitely wanted the other car and I even left them the 2013 Genesis GT Coupe I was trading in! They said not to worry, they'd find me another car identical to the one I had test driven. When I arrived, they had found another SE that from the outset looked the same. But when I sat in it, it was clear it did not have all of the same accessories as the original car yet it was the same price marked on the window. I was told I was mistaken, the vehicles were identical and if the far had the extras I was concerned about, such as keyless entry and push button start, it would have been more expensive. I didn't argue because from the outside the cars were identical, but now that I think about it, I am kind of annoyed by this. I'm upset they sold the car I test drove, and I kind of feel like they were calling me a liar, but I know what I saw! And the car had a different, nicer key fob, like the one on my Genesis. It's not that big a deal, but I feel they should have gotten me a car with the accessories in the one I test drove! If they made a mistake, had the wrong sticker on a more expensive car, then they should have made this right. What happened to the customer is always right? I'll buy there again, but I will keep my eyes open, and maybe leave a deposit if I don't take the car home that night so I can be sure I get the car I test drove. Other than this, I am happy with the car! More
