Was followed and pressured, and their price started at almost $6000 more than Holler's window sticker price. Each time I said "I'm not buying a car today", the price dropped slightly, until finally the manager told me that I had to buy the car today "because it was Memorial Day weekend, and I would regret not getting all the 'discounts' if I hesitated! Went to Holler the next day, was treated with great respect, and no pressure at all. Signed the papers within 90 minutes of being there, and got the exact car, with the 100,000mile warranty, for more than $5500 off the first place's "best price"! Thank You More

Best New Car Buying Experience Ever! To All who may read this: First off I want to thank Paul Ortiz Sales Person! Paul is an extremely Knowledgeable, Professional, and Pleasant member To All who may read this: First off I want to thank Paul Ortiz Sales Person! Paul is an extremely Knowledgeable, Professional, and Pleasant member of your Sales Team. When we first came into the dealer ship, on Saturday May 28th, we told Paul right away that we were not going to purchase a vehicle that day. We were in the process of comparison and elimination of 5 different makes of vehicles and wanted to test drive each prior to making any decisions. He handled news that very well and professionally. Paul asked us which vehicle we were interested in looking at and we told him we wanted to see a fully loaded Tucson Limited edition. I also told him on the side that my wife would be the first test drive and probably making the final decision on which make/model we would be purchasing. He took that Que and directly started asking my wife specific questions on what she was looking for in the vehicle. Paul then took us out to the lot to look at each of the limited edition Tucson’s that were available. We then went for a test drive. Paul drove the vehicle off the lot for us and then stopped the vehicle around the corner so he could switch driving with my wife. While we were stopped, Paul walked my wife around the vehicle and pointed out all of the features inside and out. When it came to time show us all of the Tech features of the vehicle, Paul took a great deal of time and care discussing each feature with my wife to make sure she understood each item. When we returned to the lot Paul went over each feature of the vehicle with us again. He also briefly informed us of the Sale and Financing options available to us Memorial Day Weekend through to the end of the month. He did ask us if we wanted to purchase the vehicle at that time, and we both gave him definite NO, as this was only the second vehicle in our list to test drive. We did tell Paul that were very pleased with the vehicle. Paul professionally accepted our explanation and decision. He gave us his business card and cell phone number and told us to call him at any time if we had any questions regarding the vehicle, and thanked us for our time. We spent the rest of the day with my wife test driving each of the five vehicles on our list. Sunday we took the day off to think about, and discuss everything we liked and disliked about each of the 5 vehicles she drove, and the Dealerships/sales people we had visited. The Tucson seemed to come to the top of the list. I had done a great deal of online comparisons of 15 different compact SUV's. When we began our search the Tucson was somewhere in the top middle of our list of five vehicles, due to features, looks, size, MPG, warranty, and, available financing at the time. Monday it was my time to test drive each of the 5 vehicles, we decided to go to totally different dealers when it was my turn to test drive each vehicle. After test driving all 5 vehicles, we quickly came to the decision that "NONE" of the other Vehicles, "Sales People", and "Dealerships" compared to the Tucson Limited edition, "Paul Ortiz", and Holler Hyundai. I called Paul at around 3:00 pm and asked him a few more questions, which he answered to my satisfaction. However, my wife really wanted a white Tucson Limited edition. Paul told me he would check with other dealerships in the area and call me right back. Within 15 to 20 minutes Paul called back to apologize and inform me that, unfortunately there were no limited edition Tucson in white with everything we wanted within 200 miles. I told him I would discuss it with my wife and get back to him. My wife and I discussed it, and decided to go back and look at the original coliseum gray vehicle had test driven with him. I called Paul and asked him if we could take another look at that particular vehicle. I told him we would be at the dealership in about 30 minutes. When we arrived, Paul had the vehicle ready and waiting for us to look at. My wife walked around the vehicle and decided she actually the color better than white. We took the vehicle on another quick test drive and decided to buy it on the spot. Paul thanked us for coming back to purchase the vehicle from him and Holler Hyundai. He then took us in side and introduced us to his Sales Manager and the Finance Person we would be working with. Paul quickly had the Tucson sent in for final preparation, and gathered all the information he needed from us prior to going into Finance. The financing procedure actually took less time than I figured and my wife was on her way out the door in a vehicle she absolutely adores and Loves to Drive. Thanks to Paul, we had the BEST new car purchase experience in our lives! Within the last 2 weeks I have only had to call Paul once on a Blue Link tech question which he answered quickly and professionally. Paul, Thank you again for all your Helpful Knowledge, Professionalism, and, Wonderful Personality. And Joshua was extremely personable, straightforward, and got the deal done by noticing an important aspect of my credit situation that had previously caused me to be denied at other dealerships.
