Ruined Age-Old Stereotypes about Car Salesmen (Good Thing) I had a very good experience at Holler Hyundai. My 10-year-old car completely broke down while I was visiting Orlando for a conference (right after my hotel check-in, just my luck). My Holler Hyundai representative personally picked me up from my hotel and drove me to the dealership, where we assessed my difficult situation and discussed the best car to suit my small budget and obvious need to drive home with a new car (at some point). My agent (Patricia Cooper) stayed at the dealership past 9 pm (on a Friday night, when I was the only customer left) to make sure that my cab arrived and then returned me to the conference hotel. She called me at 11:30 pm that day, to double-check with me that I made it back. However, it was not until that Sunday - after at least 8 hours of negotiation and paperwork - that a deal was made. Another agent (Sylvia Harrison) guided me to a significantly more affordable car - one that has been worth every penny since I drove it off the lot at 8 pm on a Sunday. She also followed up with me the next day. I do not give compliments often or likely, but I was taken aback by the fact that I was not pressured by the dealership into doing anything (thankfully, my situation did that job for them). I did not feel pressured at all. I was surprised that I was treated so kindly and ethically during the chaos - not all car dealerships are run by thieves (this is a good thing). I am grateful that everything has worked out so well. I only request that Holler Hyundai continues to pay it forward! More

I accepted and made a deposit. 2 days later I returned to made my final d A financial institution offered me 15% interest rate to finance my purchase. I accepted and made a deposit. 2 days later I returned to made my final deposit and to my surprise the interest rate was now 12%. They were looking out for me and went further to get me a lower rate even though I was satisfied with the 15%. Great job guys. More
