Our group's motto, "Never forget your customer - Never let your customer forget you!" comes straight from the mind and heart of the William E. "Bill" Holler, the first Mr. Holler to go into the automotive industry. Long before motivational speakers became fashionable, Bill Holler was an institution! Automotive News described him as a spellbinder, a table-pounder, an evangelist. But he didn't sell cars on personality alone. By understanding customer wants and needs, Bill was able to develop innovative programs to inspire dealers to establish new sales records.
Roger III, Chris and Jill Holler Rogers, Vice-Presidents of our automotive group are the great-grandchildren of the fabled Bill Holler. He founded the General Motors Dealers' Son School established to prepare dealers' offspring to inherit the family franchise and his son, grandson and great-grandchildren were all graduates. From 1929 when General Motors Chairman, C.S. Mott, hired Bill to be Vice President of GM and General Sales Manager of Chevrolet until his retirement in 1945, Bill Holler earned a distinguished reputation as a tireless listener to the dealer, implementing trend-setting innovations and establishing programs to teach the fundamentals of auto sales and quality service still in use today. A believer that a good sales person is critical to our economy, Bill elevated the standards of our profession. In sales literature and speeches he often pointed out that the commander who leads the troops in battle...the volunteer who raises funds for charity...the homeowner who gets the neighborhood involved in a community project...is doing a sales job.

We went to Holler Hyundai in Winter Park and Jim Graves helped us get into a 2016 Hyundai Elantra Value Edition for the best possible price. They put the price on every car, which includes all the available rebates and discounts so you know you are getting an excellent value. Their prices are lower than the Hyundai dealer near my home. Jim took us on a test drive and explained every detail of the car inside and out, including the components of the engine. We already knew that Hyundai was a good company but Jim confirmed it with his knowledge and enthusiasm for the Hyundai fleet. He even had the car detailed, paired with my iPhone for the Bluetooth and filled the gas tank! This was my first experience buying a new car. Ty Service Advisor Ty my service advisor greeted me very pleasantly. He explained to me what they are going to do at service including a an update abs brake recall. He l Ty my service advisor greeted me very pleasantly. He explained to me what they are going to do at service including a an update abs brake recall. He later made sure that my car would be getting washed after the work was done. When I went to pick up my car the vehicle was expterely clean both on the outside and inside. In addition, Ty made sure I had a ride from the dealership to my gym and back. I could be your spokes person on both new cars, salesmen and the service advisor. I would highly recommend going to this dealership and service department. I would also recommend to other customers how I was treated and how great your vehicles are. From a score from 1 to 10,( 10 being the overall best), I would give this dealership and/ Ty my service advisor at big fat 12! Rich Besser More
