Our group's motto, "Never forget your customer - Never let your customer forget you!" comes straight from the mind and heart of the William E. "Bill" Holler, the first Mr. Holler to go into the automotive industry. Long before motivational speakers became fashionable, Bill Holler was an institution! Automotive News described him as a spellbinder, a table-pounder, an evangelist. But he didn't sell cars on personality alone. By understanding customer wants and needs, Bill was able to develop innovative programs to inspire dealers to establish new sales records.
Roger III, Chris and Jill Holler Rogers, Vice-Presidents of our automotive group are the great-grandchildren of the fabled Bill Holler. He founded the General Motors Dealers' Son School established to prepare dealers' offspring to inherit the family franchise and his son, grandson and great-grandchildren were all graduates. From 1929 when General Motors Chairman, C.S. Mott, hired Bill to be Vice President of GM and General Sales Manager of Chevrolet until his retirement in 1945, Bill Holler earned a distinguished reputation as a tireless listener to the dealer, implementing trend-setting innovations and establishing programs to teach the fundamentals of auto sales and quality service still in use today. A believer that a good sales person is critical to our economy, Bill elevated the standards of our profession. In sales literature and speeches he often pointed out that the commander who leads the troops in battle...the volunteer who raises funds for charity...the homeowner who gets the neighborhood involved in a community project...is doing a sales job.

My 11 thousand miles oil changed it was time to take my hyundia sonata in for my 11 thousand mile oil change and as always my experience at holler hyundai was excellent. Mr Sanford Ba it was time to take my hyundia sonata in for my 11 thousand mile oil change and as always my experience at holler hyundai was excellent. Mr Sanford Barbee the person who attended me was extremely helpfull and courteous. Although I only came in for my scheduled oil change mr Sanford had my car check and found that my car air and aircondition filters needed to be changed. he was courteous enough to inform me that this was not cover under my warranty before any work was done and ask me if I wanted it done. He was not pushy or try to make a sale I was very satisfied that it was left up to me to replace them I did have them replace and was very happy with the work done. I have purchased my last 3 cars at holler hyundai at winter park and most likely buy my next one there too.My service consultant mr Sanford Barbee was excellent and I would requested him again when I go back for more work. First Service on New Vehicle I brought my New 2014 Santa Fe Limited AW in for its first service last week. Didn't know what to expect. Has been a long time since I have purchased I brought my New 2014 Santa Fe Limited AW in for its first service last week. Didn't know what to expect. Has been a long time since I have purchased a new car, 20 years. I still have my 20 yr old car, Nissan 240SX SE convertible, Justin Scoville was my Service assistant. Only needed an oil change. A real pleasure to work with Justin Scoville. He held my hand every step of the way, even though I was just there for an oil Change, he still explained everything to me. Since this was my first time in a Hyundai Service Center, I appreciated the attention and explanations and for the quick service. Will see you for the next service. May be a while, as I have owned the vehicle for 8 months and have 5,000 miles on it. More

David Chrobak was very friendly, helpful, and patient with me during the selection process. The weather wasn't so nice outside, but he continued to walk my father and I around and show us all of the options and cars that were available. Edwin Melendez was great to work with as well. He was able to make the car payments work for my budget. I never thought that I would be driving away with a NEW car. He also provided great finance advice and made me feel confident in my purchase. My experience at Holler Hyundai was wonderful once again. I'm enjoying my new Hyundai Accent. More
