Got out of there with a brand new 2014 sonata for a lot less and more quality and better price. Unfortunately Lost that one again.. Went to Orlando Hyundai and the try to fool me with the price because of my situation.. Went back to Holler Hyundai and they help me even with only $500 that I had with a brand new 2015 elantra but before I bought the car the salesman looked at me and notice that.. that was not the car I wanted so he said..u can buy this one but if u think on a long run u could wait couple more weeks and get bit more cash to get what you want ..the sonata..he recommend me to wait but obviously it was my call..that means that he really not only want to sale me a car he want me to be happy and get what I really want..I choose to wait 3 weeks went back and got my brand new 2015 sonata sport with only $1000 down payment, better interest rate and after all wonderful rebates from $24,315 msrp went down to $18,499 WOW this dealer means very good buissness and even my credit is not perfect and they still got my back. I was the fool for not to get there at first instant... This dealer is SUPER EXTRA MEGA AWESOME. Thank you Holler Hyundai !! More

All great people! I was introduced to Ronni Herman by a friend of mine who had recently purchased an Elantra there. She worked with Ronni Herman and James Addis. Ronni told me exactly all the forms, bank statements, etc., to fill out and submit, which I did. They found the perfect car for me - exactly what I was looking for - 4 door, no sunroof, automatic, any color but red, and with a gray interior. Even when Ronni couldn't be there on her day off, she guided me to Chris Paige, who expedited the transaction. James Addis, the finance rep, guided me through the last hurdles. Here are a few examples of their attention and care - I forgot my cell phone charger and someone got one for me to use. They always asked if I needed anything, and brought me water. They let me use a computer to print out other documents that they needed which were on my email and/or flash drive. I could go on and on. Their commitment to customer service, a caring environment, and going the extra mile to search for the perfect car - just outstanding! What I really admire is their sense of teamwork - all for one and one for all. There is no vicious backstabbing or competition. They truly care about their customers and getting them in the right car for the best financial arrangement. I would highly recommend each of them and the dealership in general.
