Bait and Switch! My wife and daughter just returned from a horrific experience at Holler Hyundai in Winter Park, Florida. Yesterday, they went to Holler to lease a bra My wife and daughter just returned from a horrific experience at Holler Hyundai in Winter Park, Florida. Yesterday, they went to Holler to lease a brand new white Tuscan, which the dealer did not have. So Chris, the sales manager, “gave her a great deal” on a lease for a new Santa Fe. They did hours of paperwork. My 87 year old mother in law was co-signing the lease because she has a credit score over 800. Late last night, after 3 hours, all the paper work was done, Chris told my wife “…here is the VIN#, go put insurance on the car and come pick it up in the morning”. The next morning, when my wife and daughter went to pick up the car, they told my wife ‘because our daughter has a different address from her grandmother (who is co-signing), Holler could not approve her for the lease. Shawn said they could approve her to purchase the car for $100 more per month. My daughter was crying – she could not afford another $100/mo. Charles, the sales manger, kept referencing her grandmother’s great credit score, and saying “its only an extra $100/mo”. My wife was furious, and they started to leave. My wife was so upset when she walked out of the show room, that she left the lease paperwork. When realizing this, she walked back into the showroom to get it. When she did, Chris, the sales manager, was standing in the middle of the sales floor, in front of his entire sales staff AND customers, mocking my wife loudly and they were all laughing. My wife said to Chris: “do you think it is funny you made my daughter cry”, and walked out. This was Incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional!! They went to Orlando Hyundai to shop there, but also got an unexpected education. First, Billy the sales manager, told them right up front that because of the different address of our daughter (where the car would be) and her grandmother (who was co-signing), they cold not do a lease. The educational part was that they told my wife that Holler knew this up front (just as Orlando Hyundai did). It was obvious to my wife at that point that Holler Hyundai did in fact know up front that the different addresses would get us denied. But they wanted us to come back the next day, complete with insurance on the car so they could pressure us into buying it and driving it off the lot. Classic BAIT AND SWITCH!! How disgusting and unprofessional. We already own one Hyundai, which is why we went to buy another. But not only will we not be buying a Hyundai for our daughter, we will be selling the one we already own. This was such a reprehensible tactic for a car dealer to use, and even worse was them laughing at my wife for being upset at their tactics. More

Once again it's a Hyundai! Thiis is the 3rd Hyundai I have purchased, love them! My recent experience was excellent, Trish Martin is friendly, helpful and non pressuring. Tried both Lexus, BMW and Hyundai and again settled on my new Hybrid Sonata. So far, love it! 39 miles a gallon, ya hoo! For the money, the Sonata is it! Service Center has been great for the last two Hyundai, one the reasons I came back. My only complaint is: how about a cozier waiting area in the service center, food? I got chicken cordon Blue at BMW. Maybe not that but, spruce it up a bit! More
Holler Hyundai just got themselves a customer for life! Holler Hyundai provided the best car-buying experience that my family has ever had by far. And that's over 25 vehicle purchases by my family members spanning over 40 years within the Central Florida area. My brother and father could not stop raving about the customer service and the amazing experience that my brother received when he purchased his brand new Elantra. A month later, I was in the market for a new vehicle and had to stop by Holler Hyundai to see if the service could be reciprocated. And just as my brother described, I felt the sales associates and staff at HH always had my best wishes in mind and were willing to do whatever it took to ensure I was satisfied with my subsequent purchase. In my experience, most dealerships fall short in trying to achieve this by aggressively pushing their motives on to me, the customer. This was not the case at HH. Of note, I feel I must mention the two sales associates that facilitated this amazing experience, Nikki Elmore and Chris Paige. These two individuals made an everlasting impression upon my family. To be honest, their interaction and customer service were the sole reason my father and I walked into the showroom to look at a new vehicle that day. To be even more honest, Hyundai was not even my first or second choice for a possible new car. I have been loyal to domestic manufacturers ever since my first vehicle purchase in 2006. And with first speaking to Nikki when we arrived, she empathized with me and could appreciate my desire to stay loyal with a domestic manufacturer. That’s the kind of personal interaction that was continued throughout the remainder of the day. Both her and Chris were eager to answer any and all questions that I had and were far from being over aggressive. Throughout the entire experience I felt they were on my side and were going to do whatever it took to get me the best deal on a vehicle that I truly wanted. And sure enough, that’s exactly what happened with the purchase of a brand new Sonata. The day ended with Chris thoroughly going over every feature of the car for me and ensured I understood everything. I absolutely love my new vehicle and HH has successfully landed a customer and an entire family for life. So thank you to the HH team, specifically Nikki and Chris for such a wonderful experience! Next on the list is to get Momma in a brand new Hyundai! And we know exactly where to go and exactly who to talk to. More
