As soon as I walked through the door I was instantly greeted by Daniel Ortiz. The only issue I had was the signs and postings made it seem as though the 120 months/100,000 mile warranty was included in the sticker price when it is actually an additional charge. I have not yet experienced any service at the dealership, but I will take my car to them for any repairs because I trust them and they are so kind and respectful. More
My husband took my 2012 Hyundai Genesis in for a routine oil change, the car has less than 17,000 miles and they told him he needed to purchase a $62.00 filter for the inside for the A/C or the A/C could go oil change, the car has less than 17,000 miles and they told him he needed to purchase a $62.00 filter for the inside for the A/C or the A/C could go out. Since we live in Florida and it does get hot, he purhcased it and they installed it, however even though we have an extended warranty and the warranty on this vehicle is 60,000 miles, this particular part was NOT covered. This is truly AMAZING to me, does this mean that every 17,000 miles we have to purchase a new Air Filter for the inside of the vehicle for the A/C?? I feel we were "ripped off" by a service person trying to "look good" to a service manager and this part wasn't really needed. I would like to hear from other owners of 2012 Hyundai Gensis to see if this has been a problem for them. I will indeed do reserach on this problem. More
