The first offer out of the gate was more than fair and exceeded our expectations. Crystal took over from there and handled the finance portion with clarity and ease. It never once felt like we were being mislead or confused about any part of this car buying process. After the sale was done Michael took plenty of time to walk us through the many features of the car even making sure we had any and all media synched to the car before we aver left the car lot. Holler Hyundai was a breath of fresh air! We just moved back to the US after being overseas for 4 years and were extremely stressed to be starting from scratch. That immediately took pressure off and made the experience actually enjoyable.
