She listened so well, that when it came time for me to test drive the vehicle, she had the car that she thought would be perfect for us waiting for us to drive it. Nonetheless, it was the exact car that we had in mind. She was new to the dealership, but we still felt very comfortable with her level of expertise and knowledge about the car and the company. We loved the non-negotiation of Holler and we felt like we got the absolute best deal in price. From start to finish, the total experience from Holler was one of the best experiences in buying a car that we have ever had. We would highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a car. I do not enjoy buying new cars as the sales and negotiating process is not something I enjoy. Holler makes this process very easy by offering the very best price (in plain view on the side window) from the outset. I visited the dealership three times before finally buying. There was never any pressure to make a decision and I never was faced with an unending parade of team leaders or floor managers wanting to earn by business. Quite the opposite. I of course did my research, understood the incentives being offered by Hyundai and knew the price was fair. Fred never let me feel that anyone other than myself was in control of the process. He answered all my questions and was patient throughout the process. Completing the paperwork was straightforward and efficient. I wasn't prepared to be presented with an offer of an extended warranty as I just wanted to sign the paperwork and be on my way. Toni clearly presented the various options and benefits to the different extended warranties and there was no pressure whatsover to purchase something in addition. Overall, my experience with Holler Hyundai was exceptional and I would definitely recommend them for consideration when purchasing a new vehicle. More

Very positive and very pleasant. I called the salesman on Friday about a particular and asked him to hold it for me as I would be in around 11:00am. I was looking for a new car since I didn't enjoy my car that I had and I wanted a car that would have awesome gas mileage and roomy too. When I arrived to Holler Hyundai, I was greeted by Jim Szlachetka and he instantly explained that he wasn't there to bring pressure on to me purchasing a new vehicle and that he was there to listen to what I needed in a car and what exactly type of vehicle I was interested in. I took a test drive with the 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS and was instantly hooked on it. I enjoyed the room in the vehicle and I liked the features with it including the premium package which came with extras. I was so impressed with the way that Jim explained the vehicle with much detail that I came back the following week and purchased the vehicle. I really do recommend this place and the company. I definitely feel at home with this place and they are very polite and friendly with their customers. More
