We purchased a Genesis GV80 Prestige SUV, they had a rare color combination we were looking for. The transaction was seamless, we expected to travel to final the paperwork and come back for pick up. I came in for a regular maintenance and oil change. I was told that I needed a new battery but since there was a back order on the car batteries I was given a loaner. Ty did an excellent job of explaining to told that I needed a new battery but since there was a back order on the car batteries I was given a loaner. Ty did an excellent job of explaining to me what was wrong with the battery of my car and why it needed to be replaced. He also explained to me why there was a back order on the batteries. Even though it did take 2 months to get a battery, Ty made sure to keep me updated every week regarding the battery ETA. Ty was very honest, polite, sincere, and thoughtful.
