I had an appointment to which I was early for. I stood there for about 3 minutes while I was ignored. I had a male service advisor, I think his name was Tony and I hated my experience. He wasn’t friendly there for about 3 minutes while I was ignored. I had a male service advisor, I think his name was Tony and I hated my experience. He wasn’t friendly in the least and when I requested the complementary car wash and vacuum he was hesitant to agree and warned that I’d have to wait two hours. I agreed anyway because I was willing to do so. He didn’t mention coffee or water or anything while I wait. About 30 minutes into my appointment, he schlepped over to me saying they couldn’t do the wash or vacuum because they had too many deliveries that day. I knew this was poppycock because he didn’t write it down on the sheet. I think he made up the excuse on purpose because he didn’t want to do it. Anyway, I’m over it because he was grumpy and just icky all around. More
They were not able to check any recall work on Hyundai’s website. They also denied to look into another small issue I reported. They asked me to make another appointment and come back. I have been dealing with Ty for several years servicing my two Santa Fe vehicles. He is very accommodating in making appointments and has become not only a service rep but like a good friend.
