It was during my test drive it that I was pleasantly told by Alex that at Holler Hyundai, is a dealership with Christian work values and fair pricing and that the price of the car is the price, no negotiations. And the price on my car was very fair for the car I was interested in buying. Chris Terrell, sales manager is a pleasant and fair gentleman, he agreed to do minor repairs and detailing to our future Holler Hyundai Certified Pre-Owned car, it was a great price for the car we wanted and purchased.Finally we meet a very patient finance man named Michael Smock, he answered all questions and there were quite a few and was very informative and polite. This team is a credit to the Holler-Classic Auto Group We would recommend Alex and Holler Hyundai to our family and friends in a heartbeat!! More

Multiple chances First off TY is the best service advisor, this has nothing to do with him. I have used them several times for service however I will not be returning to Holler Hyundai for service. This most recent experience involves picking up my 2015 Genesis after the service was completed on the seat. When we arrived the drivers side seat back was not attached on the right side it took looked like someone just hurried to tuck it in and left it looking like it was in a wrestling match and lost. However they did do a nice detailing job on the rest of the car but that’s not what we brought it in for. I have given this service department too many chances to deliver consistent service. Once they read this review hopefully they will learn from their mistakes but I highly doubt it since this issue occurred. Please don’t contact me asking me what you can do better to improve a rating you’ve had too many opportunities already with no changes. As I said from the outset these issues have nothing to do with TY. There is obviously a breakdown somewhere else in their chain. Sorry I have to take my business elsewhere. More
