Our group's motto, "Never forget your customer - Never let your customer forget you!" comes straight from the mind and heart of the William E. "Bill" Holler, the first Mr. Holler to go into the automotive industry. Long before motivational speakers became fashionable, Bill Holler was an institution! Automotive News described him as a spellbinder, a table-pounder, an evangelist. But he didn't sell cars on personality alone. By understanding customer wants and needs, Bill was able to develop innovative programs to inspire dealers to establish new sales records.
Roger III, Chris and Jill Holler Rogers, Vice-Presidents of our automotive group are the great-grandchildren of the fabled Bill Holler. He founded the General Motors Dealers' Son School established to prepare dealers' offspring to inherit the family franchise and his son, grandson and great-grandchildren were all graduates. From 1929 when General Motors Chairman, C.S. Mott, hired Bill to be Vice President of GM and General Sales Manager of Chevrolet until his retirement in 1945, Bill Holler earned a distinguished reputation as a tireless listener to the dealer, implementing trend-setting innovations and establishing programs to teach the fundamentals of auto sales and quality service still in use today. A believer that a good sales person is critical to our economy, Bill elevated the standards of our profession. In sales literature and speeches he often pointed out that the commander who leads the troops in battle...the volunteer who raises funds for charity...the homeowner who gets the neighborhood involved in a community project...is doing a sales job.

2018 Hyundai Sonata Limited Purchase My wife and I went online to Hyundaiusa.com, and used the website to check out the model, color, and options that we were interested in for our new ve My wife and I went online to Hyundaiusa.com, and used the website to check out the model, color, and options that we were interested in for our new vehicle. Within thirty minutes of building and pricing the car and dealership we selected, we were called by the dealer. They confirmed the information about the car we wanted, and said they didn't have one on site, but would search other dealerships to find a car to match our needs. The next day they called that they had found three cars at three different dealers. We made an appointment to come into the dealership the next day, a Saturday morning. We met with Mark Milberry, a Holler Hyundai Sales Consultant. Mark was excellent. The dealership gave us a value for our 2011 Hyundai Sonata trade-in, and informed us about other current rebates that were available, as well as a $500 discount for being a military veteran. That afternoon, Mark went up to a Hyundai dealership in Dayton Beach, and picked up our car. After church on Sunday, we met with Mark to look over the car, and take a test drive. First thing Monday morning we went to our bank to get the title for our trade-in from our safe deposit box, met Mark at the dealership, and closed the deal,. This was the easiest car purchase that we ever had, and we can't say enough about the vehicle knowledge and customer service we received from our Sales Consultant. More

So friendly and eager to please, Jerry was fun to work with. Although the color and package combo we wanted wasn't on his lot, he did his best to find us one. Eventually, we decided to purchase a different color (our second choice), mainly because he and the dealership staff were upfront, honest and so easy going. No high pressure, no tricks or gimmicks, we got the deal we were looking for with more perks and discounts than we expected. AND...we got EXACTLY what we felt our trade was worth. Josh in finance was a hoot and made all those papers fun to sign. Thank you Holler Hyundai for making our purchasing experience so nice. More
