Wanted to update my review, if you have electrical problems, don't go to the dealer, got to Auto Master in Winter Park. He took his time to find the problem, and only charged $500 vs. the $900 quote problems, don't go to the dealer, got to Auto Master in Winter Park. I actually like my car, but this one and the prior version I had both needed repairs that normally require a dealer, and after dealing with this dealer both times, I will never by a Hyundai again. Not worth the overpricing, stress, and poor customer service. More

Beware - As expected Price Gouging - Don't go here unless you have no other choice! $300+ just to diagnose (regular mechanic $150) $900+ to replace mirror to see if it would fix problem (multiple lights on you have no other choice! $300+ just to diagnose (regular mechanic $150) $900+ to replace mirror to see if it would fix problem (multiple lights on dash going off) Told, there was a short, so they had to unhook electric on mirrors so new mirror wouldn't short again. Told color no match so additional $400-$500 if I wanted to paint (um no thank you). Picked up car and within 1 mile a bunch of lights back on Went back told $900 to do 3hr diagnostic, no discount for the fact that they didn't fully diagnose the first time, they obviously didn't even drive the car to see if lights would come on or not. Asked if they could put old mirror back on and get a refund, but the answer is no. So $1,300 for mirror that doesn't match my car and does less than it did before (I now have to manually adjust them) and an electric problem that would cost unknown thousands (due to the nature of the work and extreme inflated prices) Also rude associate Anthony. What a nightmare More

I was treated with utmost disrespect. I have bought three cars from the dealership. I went there for my complementary oil change I decided I want to get some windshield wipers. Jesse service tech heard me so we can put those on for you and I showed him which ones I wanted. After my car was done I was not expecting a $30 charge for the installation of the windshield wipers and I know that I would’ve said no I will put them on myself. I have tried repeatedly to talk to a service manager to get this rectified and nobody has talked to me. This is unbelievable. More

Holler Hyundai is absolutely the best dealership. They never pressure you into anything. I have had 4 cars from them everyone was great .
