First off, I went in for my first oil change and checkup and all went well ! Everyone was helpful and nice. The reason for the 2 Stars is because of the following. At approximately 10000 miles my horn st and all went well ! Everyone was helpful and nice. The reason for the 2 Stars is because of the following. At approximately 10000 miles my horn stopped working. I took it in to have it looked at. after about an hour I was told to get it. I did wait. No here is the shocker. I was told they had to come back that it had to be ordered. Hyundai, knowing there is an issue with horns with 2020 to 2023 Venues and other models did not have one in stock. I was told that they had to show codes, videos and eval to prove it did not work (because it was under warranty) and then they could get a horn. I was told that was SOP, which is ridiculous. So, Hyundai corporate does not trust dealerships on warranty issues to allow them to make a command decision, have the part in house and fix a customer's car. Luckily, I am retired. What if I had to take off of work and then take another day to return to make the repair? Even being retired I don't have time for such foolishness. If this is your SOP then customers should be notified up front as to what will happen. Shame on you Hyundai. I lost and will lose (due to a return trip) time with my wife, wear and tear on my vehicle and gas. Again, shame on you. More

Brought my car in on 09/24 for engine failure, did not receive my vehicle back until 05/25. Yes, I did have a courtesy vehicle but when I picked up my vehicle, the lights that was previously on are still receive my vehicle back until 05/25.
