Had 7500 mile service done at 7200 miles Got home and alert to have oil change came up as well as "windshield washer fluid empty "alert . Went back next day and a service rep reset oil alert and filled alert to have oil change came up as well as "windshield washer fluid empty "alert . Went back next day and a service rep reset oil alert and filled washer fluid. That evening started car and oil change alert came on again. Went back next day and another tech finally reset oil alert. Over the weekend my odometer showed over 7500 miles. The next time I started the car the alert for 7500 mile service notice appeared which means another trip back for service. 20 miles round trip for each service. Quality can be defined as doing the job right the first time. When you don't, when will you have time to redo the same work 3 more times. I have a Santa Fe and am very satisfied so far with what came from the factory. But what came out of my first service experience leaves much to be desired! More
