A very simple oil change and a recall turned into me cleaning grease and trash out of my own car from the work, not to mention the lack of care from the Service Manager himself when I directly brought i cleaning grease and trash out of my own car from the work, not to mention the lack of care from the Service Manager himself when I directly brought it to his attention. His response to me was a very loud sigh and no words spoken to me at all! The customer service is AWFUL!!!!!!! I did order a part and the parts counter was great, but the svc dept is in need of a revamp completely. When I initially walked in, with an appt, the representative yelled at me and said "STOP stay right there! What are you here for? I told her she then repeated STAY THERE until you are called!" Then spoke to svc advisor who started questioning me about the car, how long have I had it and did I lease it, I answered all of his questions he said oh sorry we had a new system put in and all the data is wrong. That didn't make me feel good as there have been the "engine" issues with my car that need to be documented and none of those were in the system. I will say again, if you need anything more that sub-par customer service go somewhere else, as the Service Manager is the leader there is the reason that the service teams acts and treats customers the way they do!! More

Communication is sent via text but when I texted back, it wasn't acknowledged; why have the system if the other party doesn't look at the response. Coupons - should have mentioned that the rotation of the tires were free with an oil change. On a positive note -it's nice that they cover certain areas of the driver's seat/wheel, so oil doesn't get transmitted from those who access the driver's seat. More
Went in for recall. No check engine light on. Car was working fine. Never had any problems. Had oil change and flushed radiator and AC lines the week before. I drove 45 No check engine light on. When I called on my lunch break I was told my check engine light was on. When I got there after work at was like , yes it's on and it's $1500 to fix this "problem" I am dealing with my brother just committing suicide so I took my keys. I left this dealership with my check engine light on. Then my car stop working 4 days later. I do not believe in coincidences. I just think I will never buy another Hyundai. First and last. More
