Car was purchased at the Crown Hyundai dealership in St Petersburg because it was an new N line Sonata and it was the first model of that car available in Florida. While being driven by my son in the Orlando area where he is a student at UCF on march 20th of this year the transmission failed and it locked. My son called the Hyundai Blue Link number and had the car towed to Holler Hyundai the closest dealer as per the instructions from the operator. The the car had about 15000miles. My son was provided a loaner. The loaner was not a comparable model as it was a Kia Forte . We visited Orlando the week of April 4th of this year and went by the dealer to get an update and timetable when the car would be ready. At that time we were told that the spare transmission was on its way after the manager checked his system. The part, new transmission would arrive to some location up north and then trucked down to Orlando and that our vehicle was on the waiting list for that part. The new transmission was already assigned to our car.It was at that time that they provided Hyundai Sonata in much better conditions to my son to drive. It has been difficult, practically impossible to get in touch with anyone at Holler to get an answer. This past Monday, July 18, my son got a call from Holler stating that they still don’t have the new transmission and really have no idea when if ever it will arrive. Additionally they asked my son to sign a rental extension agreement which he never signed in the first place. In the meantime, we continue to pay for the car that does not work and insurance for a car that is not operating. This is a very frustrating situation as we have been calling numerous times trying to get any information to no avail. More

Although they had my car 3 full days before they had the time to fit my car in since I had a chance to see why my malfunction light came on, they diagnosed the problem and had the car ready by the next day time to fit my car in since I had a chance to see why my malfunction light came on, they diagnosed the problem and had the car ready by the next day by noon. They were also nice enough to send and pay for an Uber for me since I live alone & would have had a problem getting a ride to pick up my car. Sanford went out of his way to fix another problem that I had when I got my car and mentioned it to him instead of my having to make an appt for another repair. More
