I have come to Holler before and a few years back I ventured out to another dealership which Ive regretted since day one. I went in weary that they wouldnt be able to help me with my particular situation but they went so far above and beyond to help me that I was absolutely astounded. From the very first moment Paul Ortiz greeted me at the door, I started to relax already. He listened to my situation, my needs, and my concerns and continued to reaasure me they will do whatever they can throughout the entire process. When it came time for financing, I had the pleasure of working with Toni Van Ierland who made me feel like family. Between her and another gentleman in finance they worked to get me into a beautiful new Hyundai. I have never seen a team of individuals work so hard to help another person as the people here. This experience has truly made me a loyal Holler Hyundai customer for life. In addition to this amazing experience. The service department employees are a cut above the rest. They are always so caring and patient each time I come in. You can tell they truly enjoy what they are doing and are happy to be there. Hollar used to be very personal able. They always put the customer first - during the sale and even when you bring it to service. They used to make you feel special. I think it’s been lost! Older staff who are not there anymore, used to come to me an explain what was done not depend on a text to tell me my car was ready.
