I've been bringing my car here for oil changes and warranty repairs for eight years and have yet to have a bad experience. Disappointed that appointment made 2 weeks out and when I get there no part that was needed. They won’t obtain one until you show up. Added time waiting for part to be delivered. I have been getting my oil changes with Holler Hyundai since I purchased my car from them. Their pricing for maintenance is comparable to other mechanic shops I have called. They are honest on the length since I purchased my car from them. Their pricing for maintenance is comparable to other mechanic shops I have called. They are honest on the length of time it takes for the repairs and my vehicle has always been done in that time. If there is a part they don't have, they have always explained this over the phone and will call me when the part arrives so I can then schedule an appointment to bring my car in. They will text me to let me know that I can contact them if I have any questions while working on my car and then will text me to let me know when it's done. The service technicians, maintenance techs, greeters and any other employees that I have had to deal with have always been friendly and welcoming. The customer lounge had always been clean including the bathroom. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Holler Hyundai for the entire time I own my car. More

Slow service & incomplete work,. Took vehicle in night before, had an 8:00 am appt, never called me until 11;30 am, stating they would need to keep the car overnight as advisor was not scheduled to work t before, had an 8:00 am appt, never called me until 11;30 am, stating they would need to keep the car overnight as advisor was not scheduled to work that day. Rushed thru service have to take back s second time, to get rest of service done. Inconvenient &Unacceptable! If they were not able to service vehicle that day, should have let me know immediately early that morning More
