Once I got vehicle back , I noticed immediately that it sounded like a jet plane- never made this noise or ran hot. Reached out and advisor apologized and said should be an easy fix told to bring back to dealership. This visit cost me $135.00 on top of the $6200.00 already spent. Got vehicle back and the same issue. Reached out again and advisor scheduled to have vehicle picked up and brought to dealership. I reach out for an update and told tried everything they know and vehicle not triggering any codes so basically it must be my fault. I let them know that I know my vehicle and it did not have this issue prior to bringing it here. Message became short and curt and phone calls not returned. It’s laughable because they are meticulously taking photos to make sure they do not cause any visible damage. The same way I knew how I dropped off my vehicle and it never sounded like a plane or ran hot- until it was at this dealership. I was told my options were: don’t drive my vehicle on the interstate or let them try to troubleshoot one more time. If the repair worked then I had to pay for it, if not , they would. I needed my vehicle and I had to pay for their mistake another $1400.00. If you decide to go here make sure your take a video with audio so you’ll have proof of how your vehicle looked and sound. You will end up paying for their mistake. More

So I made an appointment a few days ago to get my right front CALIPER replaced, it got stuck so badly that it ate up my pad and gouged my rotor, and I clearly explained this to the service department and w front CALIPER replaced, it got stuck so badly that it ate up my pad and gouged my rotor, and I clearly explained this to the service department and was assured that it would be taken care of right away, my appointment was for today at 2:00, so I decided to come in at 8:15 this morning to explain again what the problem is and if it could get done earlier, I was told “again” that they were more than aware of the issue and I was scheduled for QUICK LANE, I told Kelly that it was going to need a tech to do It, in which I was told that she knew what my Truck needed. I left the dealership and returned around 1:00 pm to get my truck done, after waiting for a couple hours I was told that NO, my truck would not be fixed today and could I leave it for a couple days, I explained that I do hotshot trucking and I don’t have the time to wait for it because I need to get it on the road, and I also asked for a loaner to which I was told NO, your service manager tried giving me excuses as to why it couldn’t be done today, I was so mad when I left there today, I passed up a 3200.00 load today because I was told that it would be fixed today, and it wasn’t. I was referred there by a member of my Facebook hotshot trucking group, I will be telling everybody I know of the HORRIBLE SERVICE I had and the broken promises of your company. I also let FORD EXECUTIVE OFFICES know as well, I’ve been working closely with a lady from there to address these issues. So now I’m forced to go down the road with dangerous faulty equipment. More
