Kia Hollywood was advertising online a "dealers choice" discount for the car I was interested in buying. I filled out a form online and was contacted by a sales person who confirmed that I could get the c discount for the car I was interested in buying. I filled out a form online and was contacted by a sales person who confirmed that I could get the car at that rate, they had one in stock, plus 0% financing was available and she quoted approximately how much my payments would be. (which was not true) I brought a screen shot of the numbers I was quoted online to the dealership. They knew nothing about the promotion and did not want to honor it. They finally came down on the price to match what was quoted to me online and on the phone, but said that 0% financing was not available, even though I was told on the phone it was and I have excellent credit. There was NO accountability for what their sales person represented to me on the phone. I felt lied to in order to get me to the dealership. (bait and switch) Once I purchased the car (four hours later), the car was not detailed before handing it over. There was salt or sand or crumbs - something inside the car console, and perhaps a bit of spilled drink in the console (sticky spots I had to clean later). The inside of the car was a bit dusty and had fingerprints too. Earlier when I had first checked out the car, the seats, door and floormats were wet as if someone might have left the sunroof cracked while it was raining. By the time I left that night it was dark, late, and I still had a long drive home, so I didn't feel like waiting another hour for them to polish up my car. But it was the first time I've ever purchased a new car where it wasn't super clean and freshly detailed upon delivery. I love my car, but would never return to Kia Hollywood. More

Even we were very clear on the inquiry through the internet and then with the seller then we get to a deal where we had to pay more of what we have initially talked. All of them were trying to make us pay more an more from the seller to the sales manager to the finance manager to even whoever was the last person who tried to get us 30 dollars more on the monthly payment because the sales manager did not read the notes the seller was put on the system which already also was captured from my inquiry that i wanted 15000 miles not 10000 miles Finally we get to close the deal but after several frustrations that overall not provided a good buying experience Hollywood Kia should review well its sales tactics because for me it will be a no go in the future. i will prefer to consider other dealers that at least are better in not creating the sense that they will try to trap you to have you paid more every single step of the process from inquiry to closing the deal. I am sorry for the seller who always tried to tell us mot to provide our candid feedback on here, probably because He knew all the bad tactics used by all of them that surround the sales process at Hollywood Kia. More
