I didn’t appreciate that with only 20k miles the associate told me I “needed a fuel injector cleaning”, after I told him I had zero issues with the car and wanted regular maintenance. This was clea associate told me I “needed a fuel injector cleaning”, after I told him I had zero issues with the car and wanted regular maintenance. This was clearly a money grab for $130 of unnecessary service. He misled me thinking this would impact my warranty. I was even more upset when I saw the final paperwork said I requested the service. After this experience I’ll be looking for another dealership to manage my car maintenance and service. More
