Every time I take my car to the facility it takes more than two weeks to do the service even when I have scheduled an appointment. I understand that it requires insurance approval. In addition, every time I call the service advisor, he never answers the phone or never calls back. This would be the last time I took my car to this facility. I was there four weeks ago due to a misfire or something. I paid for the technician revision and waited for 3 weeks. When I take my car back, I start sensing a lot of vibration. I commented on this in the same appointment, and it was not solved. Now I see that other things are broken. All these should have been detected in the previous technical inspection. Now I have to wait two more weeks and paid the services again More
