They sold me a defective Kia Stinger with a clicking/rattling noise coming from the engine bay on acceleration. I test drove another of their Kia Stingers and it did not have that noise. I test drove another 1 at Doral Kia and it did not have that noise. They have tried everything in their power to avoid having to fix the problem by telling me things like "it's normal with GDI engines." On top of that, the staff at this dealership are highly unprofessional. The sales manager (Alain Ruiz), the service manager (Fernando F Menoud), and the shop foreman (Christian), and the finance representative (Robert Pena) were very unpleasant to interact with. As of today, the vehicle still has the problems. More
