The end of lease process has been a nightmare. I purchased my leased vehicle. First, the dealer charges me $1,500 on top of the residual value or pay off from the original lease agreement. Then, th purchased my leased vehicle. First, the dealer charges me $1,500 on top of the residual value or pay off from the original lease agreement. Then, they charged me for an extended warranty that I did not ask for and would have declined if it was an option. I did get a refund for the extended warranty. I felt misled and completely taken advantage of during the end of lease process. Now, 5 weeks later, I'm getting letters from Kia finance saying that I have not turned in my lease. I called them and they have no record of the car being turned in or purchased. I've called the dealership several times and have been put through to voice mail only to find the mailboxes full and can't leave a message. I love my Kia but would highly recommend not going to this dealership if you want to be treated with honesty and integrity. More
