I appreciate the response, but the only way to make it right is to go back and have the work done to address those issues. The features I no longer have access to isn't too detrimental to my driving experience so I don't feel all that compelled to make another appointment. Though it is an annoyance hence the 3-star (average) review. Would still recommend the service though since I technically did get what I came for in a timely manner.
