If you truly care , you would get me the funds to get these scratches taken care . I have sent Mitchell Loszynski the estimates for the repairs and the cost of a rental car for the 3 days needed to get the scratches removed . I have also sent a letter from the professional detailer and buffing company stating that the scratches cannot be removed by buffing and that the hood needs repainted and another clear coat also needs to be reapplied . Expecting to hear back from Mitchell Loszynski on when I can get the funds to get this finally resolved without having to take this further . Today is October 24th , this has been going on now for almost 5 weeks with no satisfaction . I have also requested a spare tire for the car , as one did not come with the car , Carlos your salesman told me he would see about getting one at cost and am still awaiting the outcome on this also . I was able to fix the rubber molding around the rear driver side window that wasn’t seated properly .
