Great value & customer service with no pressure I was looking for a used car in the <$15,000 range and decided to start with KIA SOULs in the '16-'18 model year range. I'm in Miami Lakes and went t I was looking for a used car in the <$15,000 range and decided to start with KIA SOULs in the '16-'18 model year range. I'm in Miami Lakes and went to the M.L. KIA dealership a couple of times, Rick Case a couple of times, Gunther KIA a couple of times before visiting Hollywood KIA. I even looked at Doral KIA online. The first visit to Hollywood KIA was on a Saturday and Hector Silvestre greeted us, asked us a few questions and then walked us over where the used SOULs were parked. He answered our questions and even gave us a ride in one of them. We left with a good feeling, but without making an offer. After a night of contemplating all of the SOULs we had recently looked at in the SoFla area, we returned to Hollywood KIA and Hector and purchased a '16 SOUL with <9,500 miles. We ended up having to return Monday with a cashier's check, so that was three days in a row with nary a problem, but for Wells Fargo and their debit card limits, lol! I think I got a lot of 'car' for the money spent and assuming it doesn't die on the road tomorrow, I'm a happy camper.
