Hollywood Kia is the best Kia in south Florida and I’ll take a few moments to explain why. Lillian Smith was our sales representative and she initially offered us the best price in all of Florida and North take a few moments to explain why. Not only was Lillian’s price lower than all other dealers by at least 2500 dollars, the vehicle was equipped with AWD which is an additional 2000 dollar increase to the msrp but in our case we still got it for Less than those without AWD. Lillian worked directly with Kris Walters from the Dade auto desk at DCFCU. Kris deserves the credit for negotiating the price with Lillian. We agreed to buy the vehicle before we even went to see it. Once we attended we were out of there in less than 45 minutes. Most painless, hassle free purchase of my life. I will also mention that many of the dealers for other Kia facilities would actually lie to you just to try and get you to come in. We had talked to so many about this particular vehicle that were very easily spotted lies and false promises. With Lillian everything was exactly as agreed and the price was actually brought down by the tag guy because he reused a tag and saved us almost 300$. More

I would not recommend this dealership to others. I was sold a car that has frame damage which is unacceptable. I specifically asked my Sales Consultant Aaron if this car has any frame or flood damage and sold a car that has frame damage which is unacceptable. I specifically asked my Sales Consultant Aaron if this car has any frame or flood damage and he stated NO! My car stopped working due to water in my trunk which damaged the electrical system. The repair bill was $1200 and I only had the car for 6 months. I took it to the body repair shop where they showed me the frame damage and the repair bill is over $4000. I was lied to and its costing me so much money. When I purchased the car, the rear view camera feature listed was not in the car when delivered. I spoke with my Sales Consultant and was told to get a quote and give him a call. I tried calling for a month. I have not received a call back since. I’ve reached out to management starting in March about the frame damage and they always just take my number down and no one has yet to give me a call back. It’s been a horrible experience and as a first time buyer I wouldnt wish this car buying experience on no one. Please save yourself the trouble and don’t purchase from this company or their partner company Jumbo Luxury cars. More
When it comes to making a deal they say everything they need to say and do everything they need to do but their follow through is poor. Lexus has been calling me everyday asking me for payments and are about to send me to credit bureau. I’m sure they haven’t received the payoff. Its confusing to me how it’s been almost 2 months and they can manage to close lose ends. Unfortunately I’m stuck in this lease for 4yrs, so I have to deal with Kia. Very disappointed. More
