I sent in an email that I was interested in a particular car that they had online. The response was almost immediate, and in 3 days I set up an appointment and left with the car I wanted and needed. They are one of the few dealers I found that did not charge a dealer fee or any excess charges on top of the asking price. The car came with 4 defective tires, of poor quality, in which it spilled and explode on the Turnpike Road, causing an accident. Kia's quality is poor and bad, whether it's car service and/or the quality of the car. I never buy a Kia Car again. It's the worst brand! It was the first and last time. More

When I was contacted by Michael everything went smoothly The salesman,Michael Boudreau, was very well versed in what I wanted to purchase and what I wanted for a lease. When we selected the Sportage and got the payment where I wanted we made an appointment and met "face to face". Michael was the most professional salesman I encountered in my search-always courteous and responsive without being obnoxious or overly pushy. Yes, he lead us thru the process(our first lease) and when we encountered a problem with sunshine/heat coming into the car(my wife) he quickly said he would get the front windows tinted in 45 minutes and he did.
