Carlos, our salesman, was very friendly, helpful and not too aggressive. Carlos understood that we wanted to see multiple vehicles at different dealerships before making a decision, and he didn't use overly aggressive or pressuring techniques to keep us from leaving. During the "waiting period" before we returned the next day to make the purchase, Carlos followed up with us by email and text message to see if we had any more questions. The show room was very clean and inviting. I also think I got a great deal on the vehicle I purchased. I would recommend Hollywood Kia to family and friends. The only negative component of my experience was that I noticed the car had an almost empty tank of gas as I was driving off the lot. I think it would have been a nice gesture to make sure the tank was full before I left. - Erik More
