Unexpectedly Painless- GREAT Experience! My name is Kristie, and I had the pleasure of leasing my 2015 Kia Optima from Gianni Ladaga. Kia was my first stop on my car shopping experience and My name is Kristie, and I had the pleasure of leasing my 2015 Kia Optima from Gianni Ladaga. Kia was my first stop on my car shopping experience and I honestly expected it to be a nightmare. From the beginning, Gianni was up front, helpful, and I do feel I got a great deal. After speaking with him I told him I had to go to other dealerships to see what other offers I might find, he assured me I would not find a better one, but understood I could not sign until I had my own peace of mind. He was right, I came right back within a couple of hours to sign a lease on my new car. I couldn't be happier! First Kia - Great Experience Torres Jordan (TJ) was my Guide and Salesperson through the decision making part of the process and Arthur Alexander is the Manager that took care Torres Jordan (TJ) was my Guide and Salesperson through the decision making part of the process and Arthur Alexander is the Manager that took care of the paper work for me to buy the Kia Optima. Request them for a positive car buying experience, as they make themselves available for questions and concerns. This is my 1st Kia, Optima. It is the perfect car for me and fits be like a glove. TJ is an excellent communicator: he listened to my requests, allowed me space to make my buying decision in my own time and comfort zone without pressure. I had my former car for 14 years and it had 157,000 miles on it. Even so, it was difficult for me to let it go. TJ made the trade in process smooth and comfortable. He understood my requests and got that I needed a car that felt right to me. It was very wonderful to work with someone who is patient, kind and wanted to help me find what was best for me. I appreciated being treated with respect through out the whole experience with TJ and I love my new Kia Optima!!! More
