Collaborative and Accommodating This was my first experience at Hollywood Kia, and at any Kia for that matter. I had reservations when setting foot onto the lot, but they were quickly resolved. Issac Smith was my salesman and did a phenomenal job assisting me in my lease. He was very attentive and accommodating with all of my wishes, and perhaps you may call some demands. Through all of his running around to ensure I was a happy customer, he never once treated me any different from the second I met him. He continued to be happy, bubbly, and super helpful. I do recommend you ask for him by name when you go there! If you're looking to meet and chat with an exuberant personality while waiting for everything to process, be sure to ask for Mr. Love! And the man that ensures you're a happy customer is Arthur. Thanks Arthur-you're the best! :-) The individuals that I worked with to secure my newest lease made my experience enjoyable and memorable.
