My opinion on the matter is that people will try to sell you whatever they have on the lot and have you go on your way. When I visited Hollywood Kia however, I have to admit I was proven wrong. Everyone was cordial and greeted me very politely and made sure I was having a pleasant experience, specially Jonathan Chavez who helped me throughout the whole process. He was very patient with me and walked me through the best choices for my purchase. What made the experience great is that he listened to me and asked the right questions to figure out what was best for me and gave me and we narrowed it down to a couple of models. I would definitely recommend the dealer and Jonathan to anyone who is thinking of shopping for a vehicle! More

Anquanette: Happy customer pleased with the service I went in to see what options were available to me on a new lease since I was having challenges with the mileage. I ended up driving off with a hybrid I went in to see what options were available to me on a new lease since I was having challenges with the mileage. I ended up driving off with a hybrid instead which would allow me to save on gas. I worked with the sales manager and another car sales rep, Antonio. They were extremely accommodating and helped me out with my situation. Antonio took the time to explain every thing regarding the difference with the hybrid and the changes I would see & feel with the new feature. On some things, I even told him he didn't have to go over but he insisted that we went over it together in the event I had any questions. I was extremely pleased with my service and I'm happy with the new car. Looking forward to seeing what gas mileage I get with the hybrid. More
