This dealership is terribly organized and managed. The employees are dishonest and the communication among the employees and departments is horrible! I could write a page about my experience but I will keep it simple. The salesman I dealt with was inexperienced and provided inaccurate information. Additionally, the Finance Managers I dealt with (2 on two different occasions) provided conflicting information and blatantly lied. One of them, who I believe was named Arthur, doesn't understand the first thing about customer service. He retracted on a deal made with me by the other Finance Manager and told me an obviously false reason for that retraction. I realize that car salesmen and people in that industry are not typically regarded as the most scrupulous individuals but the people at Hollywood Kia are, by far, the worst! I recommend that NO ONE go to Hollywood Kia because it would be a regretful decision. More

On 10/16/2013 I decided to purchase a second vehicle. I visited other dealers that day and was not pleased by the service of the sales staff at those dealerships. Worst Experience. Called in a.m. regarding a truck for sale. Salesperson said let me go to vehicle and check on it. Gave me detailed information regarding the truck. I drive four hours that day to go look at the vehicle and purchase it only to find out it had been sold two days prior. Sales idiot never even look at the vehicle and allowed me to drive four hours for no reason. If they're gonna lie about something like that I can only imagine what they're gonna lie about On the loans and the vehicle history. Stat away! More
