Randy, my sales rep, was very professional. He took his time with me and didn't make me feel rushed at all. He gave me sound advice which really helped me pick out my car. as others have mentioned in theor reviews i bought a used truck from holly wood kia recently only to find out a week later the truck needed two thousand dollars worth of repairs. i tried to talk to kevin the truck from holly wood kia recently only to find out a week later the truck needed two thousand dollars worth of repairs. i tried to talk to kevin the sales manager and he seemed geniune and that he was actually interested in helping me. he said he would do everything he could to get this taken care of...that was far from the truth. not only would they not help me out they wanted me to pay in full for the repairs. from their i never heard from anyone again i called and left messages for a week with no response. i was with out a vehicle and had no idea what was going on with my truck. nobody wanted to help me and you could actually tell the receptionist was starting to get annoyed that i was calling more than twice a day. horrible experience and i would not encourage anyone to go here for new or used vehicles with the way i was treated.
