I looked for a new vehicle in 2013, at Hollywood Kia. I didn't lease/purchase at that time. Our sales person was Gonzalo Estrada. I drove all the way over from Naples to look at a truck that the salesman assured me was clean. He lied through his teeth. When I finally arrived with cashiers check in hand, I found cracked tail light, da that the salesman assured me was clean. He lied through his teeth. When I finally arrived with cashiers check in hand, I found cracked tail light, damaged tail gate, and what look like a bent frame. I asked if this truck had been in a wreck, I was met with blank stare. I said "Please pull the Car fax" he said, we usually don't get those unless requested. I said "Go pull it" so, 30 minutes later, he come back and says. "The truck was in a rear end collision" He knew darn well that it had been in a wreck, but he wasn't going to tell me until I pulled the truth out of him. He knew he was caught red handed, he didn't even offer to reduce the inflated price, I guess he figured it would be much easier to wait for another sucker than to deal with someone that asks so many questions. A complete waste of my time! More

My overall review for this dealership is non the less fantastic. The service is amazing and everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. i went to previous dealer ships before I went to Hollywood kia but I felt that the sales person wasn't being to upfront with me and that is something that turns me off when it comes to dealers. I was more then pleased with the deal that Gonzalo Anthony Estrada gave me. He did not only listen to what I was looking for but he also fought to stay in the budget I wanted. Stopped by this dealership satuday afternoon, Spoke with an Isaac about some problems my 2011 kia with only 15k miles on it was having. Isaac told me ok no problem it's covered, and that he'll call me monda an Isaac about some problems my 2011 kia with only 15k miles on it was having. Isaac told me ok no problem it's covered, and that he'll call me monday to set up a rental car to I can get to work and back. Came monday never called, then came tuesday to pick the rental. Isaac wouldn't take my calls or call me back. I called about 10 times that day and then to find out that he left for the day. Spoke a "Manager", I was told nothing can be done and then he went to tell me oh the warrenty won't cover your car. What??? I was just told it was. Now wednesday, three days later car isn't faxed, been around all day by the manager till 930am and now it's 4pm.. They kept pushing the time back. Now I trip I need to take has to canceled because of this. And at the end of the day I have had to help and car is still not driving right.... To me this is poor customer service and just plain mean to do people willing to give you service... More
