Even though the dealership was swamped, (it's a Saturday, what do you expect), Yitzhakc made sure my questions were answered to the best of his ability - I wasn't sure if the service was covered by my progra what do you expect), Yitzhakc made sure my questions were answered to the best of his ability - I wasn't sure if the service was covered by my program (turns out it was). The rest was just being a bit patient as the service team did what they had to do with the deluge. Me? I just thought it was a regular Saturday @ the dealership, you should've seen the lines when I bought the thing!!! More

Every time I take my car to the facility it takes more than two weeks to do the service even when I have scheduled an appointment. I understand that it requires insurance approval. Nevertheless, it takes a lot of time for the technician to provide the information the insurance requires. In addition, every time I call the service advisor, he never answers the phone or never calls back. This would be the last time I took my car to this facility. I was there four weeks ago due to a misfire or something. I paid for the technician revision and waited for 3 weeks. When I take my car back, I start sensing a lot of vibration. I commented on this in the same appointment, and it was not solved. Now I see that other things are broken. All these should have been detected in the previous technical inspection. Now I have to wait two more weeks and paid the services again More
