Dropped my car at 950 for a 1015 appt. Was tild there were at least 20 people before me and i'd be lucky if it was looked at by 5. No updates. Received a tezt at 450 to say rhey couldnt find a problem and ro pixk it up by 530. Poor customer service by Kevin Watkins. The nezt am i picked it up amd spoke to Chris Watson. There was no update in the system and Kevin was out of the office. Have dealt with Chris before and he's great hands on. Customer service is not the same as the old Hollywood Kia. After dealing with them for over 20 years and purchasing, leasing and trading over 16 vehicles, it definately needs improvement. More
