When I came to Kia to get my car service One guy told me I had to go down the street to jumbo. Then the other guy told me the reason why I have to go to Jumbo because I’ve never had my car serviced at Kia w I had to go down the street to jumbo. Then the other guy told me the reason why I have to go to Jumbo because I’ve never had my car serviced at Kia which I told him I’ve always came to kia in order to get my car service and I ask why do I need to go to jumbo then a third guy said the reason why I had to go to jumbo because they don’t service Chevy impalas they only service kia only. And he didn’t say it in a nice way. I feel like he was very rude with no customer service. I went to Jumbo and got my car serviced. Everyone at jumbo was very nice and they had great customer service A+ for jumbo.. More
