Greetings Johnathan, I am sending this email simply because I cannot get anyone on your staff to offer assistance.   I have left several messages for Mitchell and sent an email to no avail.  The staff seems reluctant to even transfer me to his voicemail. I was told today that he would not take my call or respond without a detail of my issue. Frustrating to say the least.  As I feel like a broken record that can't be heard.   To begin, I recently had body work completed at your dealership. My truck was there about 3 months due to parts taking a while to come in.  Carlos was my point of contact.  I am aware that he is longer with the company.  Upon receiving my vehicle I notice that paint was chipped from the (new) bumper, the dent in the passenger door was still there from the accident  (I pointed this out when the car was deliver to Carlos), and the hood has scratches on it. This was shown to Carlos before I left.  Carlos acknowledged everything and asked me to bring the truck back last Friday which I did.  Upon my arrival no one had any idea that I had an appointment to have this looked at for repairs.  I was told by the Service Sup. (a woman) to speak directly with Mitchell as he would now oversee Service management.   So here we are.   Desperate to be in a vehicle that I adore sooo much and wanting it to be returned to its original state. The insurance has paid for everything however,  everything was not 100%. To make matters worse.  When I got home and looked inside of my trunk I immediately notice parts were missing from the mechanism used to change the tires. The vehicle is new and I don't understand why items would be missing from the inside of this kit.  😕  Needless to say I am reaching out to you because I don't know what else to do.  I'm sure there can be an easy resolve for everything. I don't understand while the attendees at from desk are hearing from me ever other day. I'm leaving messages and they keep telling me we will give Mitchell the message It was even suggested to me to come down in person as he will probable not return my call. Absolutely infuriating! I travel for work and don't have time to waste playing cat and mouse.. Why won't anyone contact me regarding this matter. I'm now considering legal advice.
