I went there and was told a diagnostic test would cost me $149. I was there at 10:30am for my appointment when the service guy told me again it would be $149. I went to him at 1pm and was told they were wrapping up the estimate. I stepped outside and see my car in the parking lot and watched as someone came to my car and drove it back to the service area. This again is around 1pm. I get my car back a little after 2pm. Tevin Carter who was my service person decides to charge me the diagnostic fee as a hourly rate. Only he billed me for 2 hours when I was outside and saw that they had only gotten my car an hour prior. Only reason I did not complain is because I was in a hurry to leave, they fixed the issue, and I knew I would get the cost back from the shop that created the problem, which I did. I just in general do not like doing business with companies or people that lack integrity. Because all I ended up needing was an oil change, Tevin decided to bill a diagnostic fee as an hourly rate of 2 hours even though they only worked on my car for up to an hour. Either way a diagnostic fee is a fee. Not a rate. More
