This dealer is very unprofessional and irresponsible. I took my car for a service repair and they stole my catalytic converter. If I could, I would have rated them -10 stars. Absolutely disrespectful to me as a person (i.e. HUMAN BEING), although my family has been customers for over 5 years, having bought 2 Kia Souls. We Absolutely disrespectful to me as a person (i.e. HUMAN BEING), although my family has been customers for over 5 years, having bought 2 Kia Souls. We are currently looking for another Kia dealership, even if it means more of an inconvenience and longer travel. There is so much to unwrap, but I'll end by saying, if you happen to look and sound like me (Black, with dreadlocks and a noticeable Caribbean accent), then expect the microaggressions of being treated as if you are either invisible, untouchable (see Dalits of India), less of a human being, or ALL of the above. It is CLEAR that I am no longer welcome there, and maybe it's because I'm considered a troublemaker for exercising my rights as both Hollywood Kia customer and American consumer.
