Two weeks ago I brought my Kia K5 2022 to Hollywood Kia for my 10,000 mile maintenance. It was Saturday where the area was quite busy. I explained that I live 2 1/2 hours away, and I don’t have an appointm for my 10,000 mile maintenance. It was Saturday where the area was quite busy. I explained that I live 2 1/2 hours away, and I don’t have an appointment. I spoke to Chris from the service department, where he treated me with upmost courteous respect and understanding. Within an hour and a half, my car was serviced and cleaned thoroughly on the inside and outside. I was amazed by my experience! Thank you again and see you next time! Liz More
poor customer services overall. front desk clerk was rude. stood next to an advisor’s desk who ignored me (i thought it was the check in desk and was waiting for a greeting. never h front desk clerk was rude. stood next to an advisor’s desk who ignored me (i thought it was the check in desk and was waiting for a greeting. never happened.) after noticing where i was supposed to check in i was directed to that same service advisor who tried to charge me for an oil change and tire rotation separately without mentioning the package they offer at a cheaper price. it wasn’t until i noticed the sign on his desk that i asked him to give me the package (shady asf). i was offered a lyft ride home and back instead of waiting at the dealership. that was the most pleasant part of the experience. when it was time to pick up my car the front desk clerk was even more rude than the first time and handed my keys over without telling me where i could find my car. you should be letting customers know where their car is parked so they can find it smh. most likely will never go back there. when i bring my car to the dealership. i want to feel like i can trust the people i give my car to. i want to know they care enough to make sure my car is taken care of and can communicate what’s best for my car and subsequently my safety. did not feel that here at all.
