The moment I pulled up I was approached by earol very pleasant and friendly ..I checked in at the desk with smiley she also was very friendly and professional..my service advisor was tevin carter awesome very friendly and professional as well and let me know exactly the price and issues that were going on with my car and made me feel at ease that my technician devo would take care of me ..I also dealt with Chris Watson who was very nice …I had to go to parts to check on a part and Robert took care of me and let me know the price and how long it would take to get in I also spoke with jefferey in parts he was the one I asked about doing a survey for Hollywood Kia and he went to get Raquel Galeano she was fabulous and told me exactly where to go to do a survey… I waited there for my car and while sitting there I was able to see and hear a lot of the interactions with customers and the employees hear.. To me it seems like everyone who works hear is happy to work hear and the vibe I get is everyone respects everyone .. It was nice walking in at 7:30am to Hollywood Kia and have employees that are in good spirits and are very helpful….I will be coming here from now on to get all my services done on my car.. The team here is awesome…I feel that there is always negative reviews so I feel it is really good for everyone to hear the good reviews… :0)
